In this seminar, we’ll take a deep dive into the dealcoholization process, exploring how these wines go from grape to glass while maintaining complexity and depth. We’ll also discuss the growing consumer demand for alcohol-removed wines and why incorporating them into your service is more important than ever.
You'll learn about different styles, from white to red, sparkling to still, and discover the best ways to serve and enjoy them—including how to enhance their flavors with bitters and other complementary ingredients.
And of course, we’ll put theory into practice—sampling a selection of alcohol-removed wines and exploring how they can elevate your wine offerings!
